Process & Governance

Preferred candidate profile
- B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering.
- 15+ years of relevant experience in Contracts & Procurement within the real-estate/construction industry.
- Proven experience handling multiple residential and commercial projects.
- Experience in 30+ floor high-rise residential projects is mandatory/preferred.
- Experience in large commercial developments will be highly valued.
- Robust hands-on experience in tendering, BOQ/rate analysis, negotiations, contract finalisation, work orders, variations, claims, and contract administration.
