Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Team Lead / Supervisor to lead our client closing operations for Website Development and Digital Marketing solutions. In this role, you will bridge the gap between initial lead generation and final contract execution. You will directly manage a team of sales and business development executives, guide prospective clients through sales presentations and pitch proposals, handle objections, and successfully close high-value deals.

Key ResponsibilitiesDeal Closing & Client Acquisition
- Conduct discovery calls, product/service presentations, and strategic pitch meetings with prospective clients.
- Negotiate pricing, deliverables, scope of work, and contract terms to successfully close deals for website design/development and digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content Marketing).
- Understand client pain points and tailor consultative web and marketing solutions to address their specific business goals.

Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, mentor,



and supervise a team of sales executives and account representatives.
- Monitor key sales metrics, pipeline movement, and close rates to ensure team targets are consistently met or exceeded.
- Conduct regular pitch reviews, mock calls, and deal strategy sessions to improve team closing capabilities.
- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on sales/closing experience in the website development, software, or digital marketing agency industry, with at least 1+ year in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of web development workflows (WordPress, custom web apps, e-commerce) and digital marketing strategies (SEO, Performance Marketing, Social Media Strategy, Lead Generation).
- Closing Expertise: Proven track record of high conversion rates and closing B2B deals.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills; expert negotiator with robust objection-handling abilities.
