*Role Summary*
- The Digital Banking Head will be responsible for managing and strengthening strategic
- relationships with Banks, Acquiring Partners, Payment Networks, and Reseller Partners to ensure
- a seamless and frictionless merchant onboarding journey.
- The role requires end-to-end ownership of partner onboarding, Merchant ID (MID) creation,
- technology readiness, integration coordination, and Go-Live execution while maintaining strong
- service levels and stakeholder satisfaction.
- The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and relationship management skills,
- be highly presentable, and have the ability to represent the company professionally with senior
- stakeholders across banking and fintech ecosystems.
*Key Responsibilities*
Banking & Acquirer Relationship Management
- Build, manage, and strengthen strategic relationships with Banks, Acquiring Banks,
Payment Partners, and Financial Institutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for banking and acquiring partners.
- Conduct regular business reviews and ensure high partner satisfaction.
- Resolve operational and escalated issues in coordination with partner teams.
- Identify current banking and acquiring partnerships to expand business opportunities.
Merchant & Reseller Onboarding
- Ensure a seamless, frictionless, and efficient onboarding journey for reseller merchants.
- Coordinate with reseller partners for documentation, compliance, and onboarding
requirements.
- Monitor onboarding turnaround times (TATs) and continuously improve onboarding
Merchant ID (MID) Management
- Own the complete Merchant ID (MID) creation lifecycle.
- Ensure MIDs are generated within agreed service levels.
- Track pending cases and proactively follow up with banks and acquiring partners.
