About the Role
GPC Agrochemicals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for
dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives
with experience in branded agrochemical sales. The ideal candidate should have a strong customer network, proven sales capabilities, and the ability to close high-value orders while building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate new leads and identify potential customers in the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare and share quotations and negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
• Generate and close high-value sales orders.
• Maintain regular customer follow-ups to drive repeat business.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, orders, and payments.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Minimum
1+ year of experience in branded agrochemical sales
.
• Solid existing customer/dealer network will be preferred.
• Proven experience in closing high-value orders.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Good understanding of the agrochemical market and sales process.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
