Principal Responsibilities:
- Directs the development of company market requirements for specific product(s) or product line(s), including product strategy definition, requirements analysis, and pricing
- Monitors the development of business plans, managing lifecycles, and product positioning in the marketplace
- Reduces broad concepts and business strategies into structured product marketing plans
- Oversees market research, monitors competitive activity, and identifies customer needs
- Establishes pricing strategies
- Interacts with Sales, R&D;, manufacturing, and sales to enhance existing product(s) or product line(s)
- Leads current product definition and business plans with joint departments
- Acts as technical advisor for specific product(s) assigned
- Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function

Required Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Rich experience in Corrosion resistant coatings & pretreatment.
- Key account management
- Advance troubleshooting concepts
- 15+ years of related experience
- Must be able to communicate information and ideas so others will understand
- Must be able to exchange accurate information
