Summary

PTR Global is seeking an AI & GTM Automation Manager to support the evolution of workflow orchestration, Salesforce Flow automation, Agentforce enablement, and GTM process automation across service lines. This role will serve as the operational bridge between Product, Sales, Recruiting, IT, and external technology partners. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker with robust workflow design skills, Salesforce Flow understanding, GTM operations knowledge, and the ability to execute independently in an evolving environment.

Job Description
- Design, optimize, and scale business workflows using Salesforce Flow,



routing logic, and orchestration frameworks.
- Build automation that reduces manual activity for sellers, recruiters, and operational teams.
- Translate business processes into intelligent automation workflows that improve speed, quality, and consistency.
- Support the rollout and operationalization of Agentforce-enabled workflows, next-best-action logic, and AI-driven seller processes.
- Develop repeatable automation frameworks that can be standardized across Direct Hire, Staffing, VMS Staffing, and emerging service lines.
- Identify data quality, enrichment, duplicate account, and signal-readiness gaps that impact automation performance.
- Create SLA-based triggers, alerts, and escalation paths to improve speed-to-lead and follow-up consistency.
