- Assist in reviewing medication therapy for safety, efficacy, and appropriateness.
- Support monitoring of adverse drug reactions (ADRs) and medication-related problems.
- Assist in identifying potential drug–drug and drug–disease interactions.
- Support therapeutic drug monitoring and dose optimization under supervision.
- Provide drug information and evidence-based medication guidance to healthcare professionals.
- Assist in medication safety audits and pharmacovigilance activities.
- Participate in developing and updating drug protocols, guidelines, and hospital formulary information.
- Support antibiotic stewardship and rational prescribing initiatives.
- Assist in clinical research, clinical trials, and data collection activities.




- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and prepare reports as required.
- Participate in departmental meetings, case discussions, journal clubs, and training programs.
- Coordinate with doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with hospital policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Continuously develop knowledge in pharmacology, therapeutics, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacovigilance.
- Perform assigned duties under the guidance and supervision of senior clinical pharmacology staff.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
