1. Position Overview

Alphacom is looking for an organized, energetic, and experienced Supervisor to join our operational team in Wadala. In this role, you will lead daily housekeeping and site operations, manage staff rosters, ensure high safety and quality standards, and maintain smooth facility management.

2. Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations & Quality Control

● Task Assignment & Inspection: Assign daily cleaning duties to team members and perform detailed inspections of rooms, work areas, and common spaces to maintain strict hygiene standards.

● Maintenance Reporting: Identify facility damages, technical faults, or routine maintenance requirements and report them promptly to the maintenance team.

● Issue Resolution: Address guest or client queries professionally and resolve complaints or service issues with minimal delay.

Team Leadership & Scheduling

● Work Rosters: Draft work schedules,



manage duty shifts, and arrange immediate replacements for planned or unplanned staff absences.

● Staff Motivation: Guide, lead, and motivate frontline workers to encourage high efficiency, productivity, and team morale.

● Training & Onboarding: Conduct training sessions for recent hires on operational standards, cleaning techniques, hygiene protocols, and workplace safety rules.

Inventory & Administrative Management

● Stock & Equipment Tracking: Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, place purchase orders, and safely distribute equipment to staff.

● Record Keeping: Maintain basic digital records and computer logs for stock inventory, attendance registers, and daily task completion reports.

● Safety Compliance: Enforce occupational health, safety, and hygiene rules strictly across all operational activities.

3. Candidate Qualifications & Skills

● Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven supervisory
