Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to manage and drive the performance of multiple cafes. The role will be responsible for sales, operations, profitability, customer experience, people management, and compliance across the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of multiple cafe and ensure smooth functioning.
- Drive sales, revenue, profitability, and cost control across stores.
- Monitor cafe performance, P&L;, COGS, wastage, labour cost, and operational KPIs.
- Lead, coach, and develop Cafe Managers and cafe teams.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and adherence to quality and service standards.
- Conduct regular cafe visits and audits to ensure SOP, hygiene, food safety, and compliance.
- Identify operational and performance gaps and take corrective actions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive smooth cafe operations, business performance, and achievement of organizational goals.
- Support hiring,



manpower planning, employee development, and performance management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain high standards of integrity and discipline.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline; Hospitality/Hotel Management preferred.
- Relevant experience in Cafes, QSR, Restaurant, Hospitality, or Retail operations.
- Prior experience managing multiple outlets/stores is preferred.
- Solid leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of sales, P&L;, people management, inventory, and operations.
- Highly customer-focused, energetic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
