What We Are Looking For
- 5 - 9 years of hands-on experience in Technical SEO, SaaS Product SEO, and Organic Growth.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience leading and mentoring an SEO team.
- Experience working in AI, SaaS, B2B Software, Product-Led Growth (PLG), or Digital Marketing companies.
- Strong expertise in Technical SEO including website architecture, crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and schema markup.
- Hands-on experience in Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and optimizing content for AI-powered search experiences.
- Proven experience in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) for AI search engines such as ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and Microsoft Copilot.
- Experience developing SEO strategies for SaaS products, feature pages, documentation, blogs, landing pages, and knowledge bases.
- Strong knowledge of semantic SEO, topical authority, entity optimization, and content clustering.
- Experience conducting technical SEO audits using tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Sitebulb, or similar platforms.
- Experience implementing structured data and schema markup to improve AI search visibility.
- Strong understanding of Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Looker Studio, and SEO reporting.
- Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, UI/UX, Content, and Marketing teams.
- Ability to define SEO roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and drive measurable business growth.
- Solid analytical, leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
- Experience managing multiple SEO projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
