As a Senior Talent Fulfilment Specialist, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. We're seeking an Internal Talent Fulfillment Partner to manage end-to-end resource deployment, allocation, and bench optimization, ensuring the right talent is matched to the right opportunities at the right time. Experience in Talent Acquisition activities is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
Own resource allocation and deployment across projects/accounts, balancing skill fit, availability, and business priorities
Manage bench actively — minimize non-billable time through proactive redeployment and upskilling recommendations
Partner with delivery/business leaders to forecast upcoming demand and build talent supply plans
Maintain real-time visibility into resource pipeline, skill inventory, and utilization metrics
Run monthly/quarterly workforce planning cycles, aligning supply with projected demand
