Job Responsibilities
- Generate leads and identify potential customers for real estate projects.
- Handle customer enquiries and explain project details, pricing, and payment plans.
- Conduct site visits and assist customers throughout the sales process.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with the marketing and management teams for smooth sales operations.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.




- Positive attitude and strong convincing ability.
- Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
- Two-wheeler/Bike is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel within Bhubaneswar for client meetings and site visits.
