We are looking for a motivated Business Development Intern who wants to learn sales, client communication, lead generation, and business development in a real-world IT company environment.
What You’ll Do
- Research and identify potential business clients.
- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, and other channels.
- Reach out to potential clients and introduce Scaalable's services.
- Understand client requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
- Schedule meetings and demos with potential clients.
- Maintain and update lead information in CRM/Google Sheets.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Work closely with the sales and technical team to understand client requirements.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
- Track outreach, responses, meetings, and conversions.
- Learn and implement different sales and lead-generation strategies.

- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence to communicate with new people.
- Basic understanding of computers, internet, and business concepts.
- Good research and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable with cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email communication.
