Insurance Back Office Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations

Data entry and record management

Documentation and KYC verification

Customer support through Phone, Email & WhatsApp

Coordination with insurance companies and customers

Claims documentation and follow-up

Renewal tracking and customer follow-up

MIS report preparation and operational support

Maintaining physical and digital records accurately

Supporting the sales team with quotations and documentation

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of insurance operations preferred

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Valuable communication and coordination skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to multitask and work under deadlines

Experience in insurance/back-office operations will be an added advantage
