Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned SQL Developer / Analyst to join our team and take a leading role in implementing robust data solutions for our clients. The SQL Developer / Analyst, will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing SQL, pipelines, databases, and related applications within the accounting domain. This role will collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders, and team members to analyze requirements, suggest process methodologies, and deliver scalable and high-performing data solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data integration workflows across multiple platforms, including Snowflake
- Implement data models and schemas to support business requirements and ensure data consistency and integrity
- Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and views for data extraction, transformation, loading, and reporting
- Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to understand data needs and provide data engineering support for analytics initiatives




- Ensure data quality and implement data validation and cleansing techniques
- Monitor and optimize data pipelines and database performance for productive data processing and retrieval
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, ensuring data accuracy and availability
- Implement and maintain data security and access controls
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in data engineering and recommend enhancements to existing systems and processes
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including data flow diagrams, data dictionaries, and process documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus
- Must have in-depth knowledge of SQL and experience writing complex queries
