Manager – Technical (Industrial Automation)
GadgEon Lifestyle is looking for an experienced Manager – Technical (Industrial Automation) to lead industrial automation projects and provide technical leadership across project execution, commissioning, and customer support.

Job Responsibilities
- Lead Industrial Automation projects from design through commissioning.
- Manage PLC, SCADA, VFD and electrical automation systems.
- Plan and execute automation projects while ensuring timely delivery.
- Handle troubleshooting, commissioning and technical support.
- Coordinate with customers, internal teams and vendors.
- Provide technical guidance to the project and engineering team.
- Support pre-sales activities, technical discussions and solution development.
- Ensure quality and compliance during project execution.

Qualifications
- B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electronics & Instrumentation or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Industrial Automation.
- Strong hands-on experience in PLC, SCADA, VFD and process automation projects.
