1.Perform Incoming Quality Control (IQC) of electronic components, PCBs, mechanical parts, and other incoming materials.

2.Verify components against BOM, specifications, drawings, datasheets.

3.Check part number, manufacturer, quantity, date/lot code, packaging, MSL condition, and physical condition.

4.Conduct visual inspection for damage, oxidation, bent leads, incorrect marking, packaging issues, etc.

5.Use basic inspection tools such as multimeter, microscope, vernier caliper, LCR meter, etc.

6.Maintain IQC inspection records and ensure proper Accepted / Rejected / Hold identification.
