Energy Efficiency & Energy Management Consultant (Grade C)About the Role

We are looking for an Energy Efficiency & Energy Management Consultant to support clients in improving energy performance, operational efficiency, and sustainability outcomes. This role combines consulting, solutioning, presales support, and hands-on project delivery across commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.

The ideal candidate will bring robust engineering fundamentals, experience in energy optimization initiatives, and the ability to work directly with clients to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities
- Support client engagements from discovery and assessment through solution design and implementation.
- Conduct energy assessments, audits, and performance analyses to identify optimization opportunities.
- Develop energy efficiency recommendations, business cases, and ROI analyses.
- Support proposal development, RFP responses, technical presentations, and client workshops.




- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver energy management and sustainability projects.
- Analyze operational and utility data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
- Contribute to development of solution assets, methodologies, and thought leadership.

Preferred candidate profile
- 4-9 years of experience in Energy Management, Energy Efficiency, Utilities, Building Performance, Industrial Energy Optimization, or a related field.
- Experience working in consulting, engineering, or client-facing delivery roles.
- Hands-on experience delivering energy assessment, optimization, or energy management projects.
- Ability to engage with business and technical stakeholders.
