Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Design, operations, maintenance, procurement to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.Execute Interior Layouts and civil alteration options as per the requirement of store.Proactively identify potential bottlenecks or issues and implement solutions to keep projects on track.Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate feasibility and suitability for F&B; retail operations.Space Planning as per Proposed Layout
Vendor Management-
Oversee site vendor performance to ensure timely delivery of projects.Synchronization with procurement team and sharing of the procurement plan with the procurement team.Co-ordination with PMC team and tracking the site progress as per the Chart.Update completion of site work.
Cost Control -
Monitor project expenditures and track costs against budget allocations.Implement cost-saving measures without compromising project quality or timelines.
Quality Assurance -
Establish and enforce quality standards for store construction, design, and fit-out.Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
Reporting and Documentation -Prepare regular progress reports,
status updates, and presentations.Maintain comprehensive project documentation including Handover documents and correspondence
