Job Title: Production Manager

Location: Tanzania

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage overall plant operations for fruit vegetable processing products such as tomato paste, ketchup, sauces, jams, and mayonnaise.
- Drive production efficiency, productivity improvement, and optimal resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Manage production planning, budgeting, cost control, and operational performance.
- Lead and develop production teams through training and performance management.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality, and RD teams to ensure smooth plant operations.
- Monitor plant KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives




- Oversee equipment maintenance and vendor management to ensure uninterrupted production.

Experience:
- 15+ years of experience in the Food Beverage industry with hands-on experience managing a manufacturing plant independently.

Qualification:
- BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Electrical Engineering.
- MBA will be preferred.
