About the role

We are looking for a Web3 Social Media Engagement Associate to manage engagement across LinkedIn and X (Twitter).

The role is focused on building meaningful relationships, increasing visibility, and growing engagement with an international Web3 audience.

This is not a traditional content creation or graphic design role. Your primary responsibility will be to identify relevant people and conversations and engage with them through thoughtful, natural comments and replies.

Responsibilities
- Find relevant Web3 posts and conversations on LinkedIn and X.
- Identify founders, builders, investors, creators, operators, and companies worth engaging with.
- Write thoughtful and conversational comments from our accounts.
- Reply to relevant comments and continue conversations naturally.
- Build relationships with key people in the Web3 ecosystem through consistent engagement.
- Research Web3 companies, protocols, founders, and topics when required.
- Maintain a list of important accounts we should consistently engage with.
- Identify trending conversations and engagement opportunities.




- Understand and adapt to the account owner's voice and opinions.
- Help increase engagement, profile visibility, and relevant audience growth.

Requirements
- Good understanding of Web3, crypto, blockchain, and the broader ecosystem.
- Strong written English.
- Comfortable communicating with an international audience.
- Regular user of X/Twitter and familiar with Web3 Twitter.
- Good understanding of LinkedIn.
- Ability to write short, natural, intelligent comments.
- Strong research skills.
- Ability to understand different Web3 topics quickly.
- Good judgment about which conversations are worth participating in.
- Ability to work independently and consistently.
