· Lead & Manage Corporate fit out design projects, ensuring high-quality results that meet client expectations and project goals.

· Develop innovative architectural and interior design concepts, including

space planning, layouts, and material selections.

. Manage the Jr. Design team and ensure the designs are delivered as per clients requirements

· Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice

and maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

· Supervise and mentor junior architects and designers, providing guidance

and support to foster qualified growth.

· Prepare detailed design documentation, including drawings,

specifications, and presentations.





· Integrate sustainable design practices and stay updated on industry

trends and emerging technologies.

· Oversee project budgets and schedules, ensuring projects are completed

on time and within budget.

Note - Candidate must be an qualified Architect(B.Arch/M.Arch) and must have similar experience into designing spaces of Corporate fitout projects into similar industry and team leadership exp of minimum 3 years.

Candidate must be from Mumbai only and ready to travel to Lower Parel.

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
