Handling corporate funding and financial structuring

Liaising with banks and NBFCs for loan processing, sanctions, and disbursements

Preparing and analyzing CMA data (Credit Monitoring Arrangement)

Drafting project reports, financial models, and projections

Performing balance sheet analysis and reviewing financial statements

Conducting ratio analysis for credit assessment and decision-making

Managing and analyzing cash flow statements and fund flow

Assessing and monitoring working capital requirements

Preparing documentation for loan proposals and credit appraisals

Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for approvals

Ensuring compliance with banking and financial norms

Tracking loan status and ensuring timely follow-ups
