Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and service requests.* Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.



Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues. Meet service quality and response time standards.

Requirements:

Fluency in English and Telugu (spoken and written).* Excellent communication and problem-solving .
