You will be responsible for preparing beverages, maintaining coffee equipment, assisting customers with menu selections, and ensuring smooth daily café operations. Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality curated coffee, matcha and beverages including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks.
- Operate and maintain professional espresso machines and coffee grinders & linked machines.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of beverages.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive café experience.
- Engage with customers, recommend beverages, and handle feedback professionally.
- Maintain a friendly and welcoming environment.
- Maintain knowledge of coffee beans, roasting profiles, brewing methods, and flavor profiles.
- Ensure adherence to Sabehub’s beverage recipes and quality standards.




- Monitor freshness and stock of coffee beans and ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the barista station, equipment, and café area.
- Manage inventory of coffee supplies and report stock requirements.
- Support smooth daily café operations.
- Mentor junior baristas and provide guidance on beverage preparation and customer service.
- Assist in training current staff on coffee preparation and café standards.
- Proactively contribute to a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement
- Regularly test, refine, and introduce new recipes/products to enhance the brand offering
