Job Location : Pune

Position : Quantity Surveyor
Experience : 2- 6 Years
Qualification : B.Arch/M.Arch / BE Civil

Required Skills & Experience:-

A. Qualified Engineer with experience in Quantity Survey.

B. Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.

C. Working closely with software development team working on automatic QS tool (BIM 5D).

D. Helping software development team in formulating quantities of items not physically modelled in Revit or Civil 3D.

E. Working closely with software development team working on construction sequencing tool ( BIM 4D) & monitoring cost to completion.

F. Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals. Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.

G. Preparing reports, analyses contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents. Traveling from the office to various sites as required.

H. Work with contractors at site and participate in design drawing Quantity Extraction projects.

I. It is mandatory that the candidate is well versed with tools like AutoCAD, Autodesk Civil 3D & Revit.
