Requirement Job Description (US_ Payroll Consultant ):

We are looking for a candidate with the following profile:
- Experience: 4–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP US Payroll
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of US-specific statutory compliance
- Skills: Effective communication and client-handling skills
- Background: Experience in either real-time implementation or support will be suitable

Job Description : The ideal candidate should possess end-to-end implementation and support experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll or SAP US Payroll , Employee Central (EC) with a solid understanding of US payroll legislation, taxation, benefits, and payroll integration.

The consultant will be responsible for payroll configuration, production support, issue resolution, payroll execution, statutory compliance,



and integration with SuccessFactors Employee Central and third-party applications such as ADP.

Critical Requirement:
The candidate must be willing to work as per Client Protocols, including:
- Adhering to client-specific work timings and calendars – US Timings
- Being available and versatile during Payroll Week, which may involve:
- Supporting client during extended or odd hours
- Providing offshore support to the client during payroll execution, when required
- Ensuring seamless payroll processing and timely salary crediting.

Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll or Employee Central will be an added advantage.
