We are looking for a Billing & Estimation Engineer with hands-on experience in Bar Bending Schedule (BBS), BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, and billing for RCC construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings.
- Develop BOQs and detailed cost estimates.
- Prepare and verify Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
- Generate RA Bills and final bills for clients.
- Verify subcontractor bills and work measurements.
- Maintain project billing records and documentation.
- Coordinate with project managers and site engineers.
- Monitor project costs and support cost control activities.
- Prepare project cost analysis and estimation reports.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of RCC quantities, BBS, BOQ, and estimation.
- Experience in client and subcontractor billing.
- Ability to interpret structural drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
- Valuable analytical and documentation skills.
Qualification
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
