Responsibilities and Duties
● Perform advanced quantitative analysis of operational and financial data.
● Build and manage comprehensive financial databases by organizing and analyzing a wide range of data sources.
● Prepare detailed financial reports for internal use, focusing on clarity, accuracy, and actionable insights.
● Evaluate recent projects and investment opportunities within the SaaS industry through comparative analysis.
● Value the company's assets through a thorough appraisal of their current condition and useful life.
● Recommend optimal financing structures (debt and equity) considering the company's cost of capital and growth strategy.
● Develop and maintain dynamic budgets and forecasts that reflect future company performance, with a focus on operational cash flow and expenses.
● Build and maintain a corporate financial model that details the entire company's operations and projects future performance, using advanced Excel skills.
