F. Qualification & Work Experience
- Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Work Experience: 10-12 years of experience in compressor overhauling field in Refineries / Petrochemical plants / Fertilizer plants

G. Responsibilities & Role Requirements Service Execution

1. Service Operations
- Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair, and overhaul of compressors and related equipment at customer sites and workshop facilities.
- Execute service assignments in accordance with service standards, technical specifications, and operating procedures.
- Diagnose mechanical and operational failures, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct preventive maintenance activities as per established maintenance schedules.
- Support repair and overhaul activities for both core and non-core compressor components.
- Provide technical recommendations to customers regarding equipment upgrades, reliability improvements,



and performance optimization.
- Ensure proper use, maintenance, and calibration of tools, instruments, and service equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and protected working environment at all times.
- Travel extensively (6070%) to support customer service requirements across assigned regions.
- Adhere strictly to company quality, safety, and environmental policies during all service activities.

2. Service Documentation & Reporting
- Create, update, and maintain service projects in the ESM system, including labor hours, material consumption, technical findings, and project progress.
- Prepare accurate and timely service reports, inspection reports, job completion reports, and timesheets.
- Ensure all service documentation is completed and submitted in accordance with
