Job Summary:





The Senior Software Engineer (3-6 years’ experience) will design, develop, and integrate Apple CarPlay features within Android-based infotainment platforms. This role focuses on strong individual technical contribution, system-level development, and mentoring junior engineers, while working under architectural guidance from technical leads.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and integrate Apple CarPlay functionality within Android Automotive OS–based infotainment systems. Implement and maintain CarPlay connection lifecycle features including connection, projection, audio playback, Alternate screen support, enhanced siri and error recovery. Implement and enhance Binder / AIDL-based IPC for CarPlay projection services. Develop and maintain state machines and service lifecycle logic for reliable CarPlay operation. Work across Android framework, native components to support CarPlay projection flows. Perform system-level debugging of crashes, ANR
