Inviting applications for the role of Specialist - Invoice to Cash - Collections
Job Location: Kolkata (Work from Office)
In this role we are looking for candidates with relevant experience in Accounts Receivable process where you will be responsible for performing day-to-day Disputes and credit management operations while meeting the agreed service levels. In this role you are required to coordinate and collaborate with various Finance stakeholders and Customers to resolve any outstanding invoice related issues to enable payment on time.
Responsibilities
- Making collection calls to the customers, emailing/faxing invoices or getting hard copies mailed out to customers as per their requests.
- Identify and rectify unidentified cash and manage end to end process of Cash applications.
- Process cash application functions to invoices at assigned sites ensur
