Leverage Edu is looking for a motivated and persuasive Business Development Associate to join our Noida team.
The role involves counselling Indian candidates regarding career and employment opportunities in Germany/EU, understanding their requirements, explaining relevant opportunities and converting interested candidates.
This is a sales and counselling-focused role that requires strong communication, persuasion and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with and counsel Indian candidates interested in Germany/EU career opportunities.
- Understand candidates' career goals, requirements and expectations.
- Explain overseas employment opportunities, growth opportunities,
lifestyle and financial benefits.
- Guide candidates regarding suitable opportunities and programs.
- Promote relevant German language training programs.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails and in-person meetings.
- Convert leads into customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, leads and conversions in CRM tools.
- Build trust and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with operations and training teams for smooth candidate onboarding.
- Contribute to overall business growth and team targets.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Counselling or related fields.
- Freshers are welcome to apply if they have excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
