Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Software Architect to lead the design and architecture of our next-generation
software solutions. As a Software Architect, you will play a pivotal role in defining and driving technical
decisions that align with our business objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance systems. Beyond technical depth, we re looking for
someone who is highly analytical able to reason through ambiguous, real-world scenarios and land on
sound, well-justified solutions and who actively brings up-to-date AI-assisted engineering practices into
day-to-day work to accelerate delivery.
What you ll be doing
- Define and drive the technical architecture of our software solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze ambiguous, real-world scenarios and translate them into clear architectural options, weighing trade-offs (cost, scalability, time-to-market, risk) before recommending a path forward.




- Collaborate with development teams to design and implement microservices architectures for seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Leverage your expertise in cloud technologies like AWS to design and implement solutions that enhance application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Champion the adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor) across the team to speed up design, coding, testing, and review without compromising quality or security.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, testable, and maintainable code through best practices, including Test-Driven Development (TDD) and code reviews.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that meet business needs.
- Focus on achieving high system uptime, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues to maintain reliability
