We are looking for a
Service Delivery Analyst
to ensure the successful delivery, adoption, and operational excellence of our AI-driven solutions across enterprise customer accounts.
This role goes beyond traditional service delivery. You will serve as the primary coordination point between customers and Magure's engineering, AI, product, and infrastructure teams, ensuring seamless execution of service operations, production deployments, governance, and customer success.

Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery & Customer Success
- Manage end-to-end service delivery across multiple enterprise customer accounts.
- Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders and ensure a high standard of service experience.
- Support customer adoption of Magure's AI-driven products by coordinating with internal technical teams.
Service Governance
- Conduct governance meetings with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare Meeting Minutes (MoMs), action trackers, governance reports, and executive summaries.
- Track risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies (RAID), and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate service reviews and communicate project and service health effectively.
Delivery Coordination
- Coordinate closely with Product, Engineering, AI, QA, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams.
