? What You'll Be Responsible For
? Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage
end-to-end recruitment
from manpower requisition to joining.
- Understand business requirements and identify the right talent profiles.
- Source candidates through
Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, social media, and other channels
.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial
HR/telephonic interviews
.
- Coordinate technical, managerial, and HR interview rounds.
- Build and maintain a strong
talent pipeline
for critical positions.
- Drive recruitment for
engineering, manufacturing, corporate, and support functions
.
? Candidate & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth candidate communication.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, salary discussions, negotiations, and offer closures.
- Ensure effective
pre-joining engagement
to improve offer-to-joining conversion.
- Partner with department heads and business leaders to understand hiring needs.
- Deliver recruitment within defined
TAT and manpower plans
.
? Recruitment MIS & Analytics
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and
daily/weekly hiring MIS
.
- Monitor key recruitment metrics such as:
- Time to Hire
- Time to Fill
- Offer-to-Joining Ratio
- Recruitment TAT
- Cost per Hire
- Pro
