Role & responsibilities

Role Overview

You will own outbound business development for our Accounting-as-a-Service and Finance-as-a-Service business, identifying accounting practices, bookkeeping firms, fiduciary/administratiekantoor businesses and finance-heavy SMEs across theEuropean and UK markets.

You will open conversations with partners and finance leaders, qualify opportunities and convert them into qualified first meetings with our European partners (B2B Sales exp in Europe and UK).

You are not expected to close engagements independently or be a technical accountant. You are expected to generate consistent, high-quality pipeline, speak credibly about outsourced finance solutions and maintain a disciplined CRM.

Key Responsibilities

Pipeline Generation
- Build and maintain targeted prospect lists across the UK and Europe using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, etc.
- Run multi-channel outbound campaigns through cold email, LinkedIn and cold calling.
- Manage inbound and marketplace channels such as Clutch, Upwork and similar platforms.




- Achieve agreed monthly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generated.
- High focus on results generation, lead conversion, used to working with Sales targets

Qualification & Client Conversations
- Conduct discovery conversations with business owners, Partners, CFOs and Finance Directors.
- Understand finance team structure, volumes, software, capacity challenges, close timelines and staffing issues.
- Qualify opportunities against our delivery capabilities and commercial criteria.
- Prepare briefing notes for European partners and support proposal follow-up through to decision.

Market Intelligence
- Track competitors and trends in the European finance outsourcing market.
- Monitor local market conditions, accounting busy seasons and finance talent shortages.
- Continuously test and improve messaging, sequences and target segments based on results.

CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in
