Role Description
The Senior Finance Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Thiruvananthapuram. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day finance operations, including preparing and reviewing financial statements, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and assisting with financial planning and analysis. The Senior Finance Associate will monitor expenses and revenues, ensure accurate financial reporting,
and support internal controls and compliance with relevant policies and regulations. The role involves collaborating with management and other departments to provide financial insights, preparing periodic reports, and supporting audits and statutory filings.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Finance knowledge and proven experience with Financial Statements.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Reporting, including preparation of periodic reports and summaries.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and present financial information clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience in hospitality or service industry finance is beneficial.
