The Director of Pharmacy Operations will be responsible for managing and growing pharmacy operations across
40+ clinic locations
, with ownership of sales, operations, inventory, finances, and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall operations of
40+ pharmacies
across HHC clinics.
- Drive
pharmacy sales, revenue growth, and profitability
.
- Lead the
expansion and setup of current pharmacy locations
.
- Streamline pharmacy
financial controls, costs, margins, and reconciliations
.
- Ensure
timely procurement, supply, and availability of medicines
across all locations.
- Improve inventory management and reduce
stock-outs, expiries, dead stock, and wastage
.
- Manage vendors and negotiate better
pricing, margins, credit terms, and delivery timelines
.
- Standardize pharmacy processes and SOPs across all clinics.




- Track pharmacy-wise performance through clear
sales, inventory, margin, and operational KPIs
.
- Lead pharmacy teams and ensure strong accountability and execution.
- Ensure all pharmacies maintain required
regulatory and compliance standards
.

Ideal Candidate
- Strong experience in
multi-location pharmacy/retail healthcare operations
.
- Proven ability to manage large teams and multiple locations.
- Strong understanding of
sales, inventory, procurement, finance, and supply chain
.
- Commercially driven with a strong focus on
growth, profitability, and operational efficiency
.
- Experience scaling or expanding a pharmacy/retail network is preferred.
