Key Responsibilities

Support the execution of brand-building initiatives across internal and external platforms

Ensure consistency in brand messaging, visual identity, and communication standards

Assist in the execution of firmwide communication campaigns and leadership communications

Employee Engagement & Culture

Support the execution of internal branding, employer branding, and employee engagement initiatives

Coordinate with stakeholders on campaigns related to CSR, culture, learning, and employee programs

AI-Enabled Marketing

Utilize AI tools to support research, content creation, and campaign execution

Stay updated on emerging AI and marketing technologies to improve efficiency and productivity

Project Coordination & Stakeholder Management

Coordinate with internal teams, designers, agencies, and vendors to support project execution

Track deliverables, timelines, and approvals across multiple initiatives

Ensure timely and high-quality completion of assigned tasks

Analytics & Reporting





Track and report basic engagement and campaign performance metrics

Support the team in analyzing content and communication effectiveness
