Job Summary

We are looking for an AI Automation Specialist to drive the adoption and implementation of AI-powered automation solutions across business operations. The role will focus on leveraging Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Agents, Power Platform, and Power Automate to automate business processes, improve productivity, and enhance user experience.

This is a business-facing AI automation role, not a traditional software development or machine learning position. The ideal candidate should be able to understand business problems, identify automation opportunities, configure AI/automation solutions, work with stakeholders,



drive user adoption, and measure business impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify business processes and opportunities suitable for AI and automation.
- Design and implement solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Agents, Power Platform, and Power Automate.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand pain points and translate requirements into practical automation solutions.
- Configure, test, optimize, and continuously improve AI agents, Copilot solutions, and automated workflows.
- Develop and refine prompts, instructions, workflows, and AI experiences.
- Lead pilots and support the scaling of successful AI automation initiatives.
- Monitor solution performance, user adoption, accuracy, and business outcomes.
- Measure productivity improvements, time savings, utilization, and other business benefits.
