Key Responsibilities
As the Trainer, you will own learning and development across all our operational teams. In this role, you will design and deliver training programs for Inside Sales, Customer Support, Logistics and Fulfilment Operations. Your main goal will be to onboard new team members, upskill existing staff and ensure everyone adheres to our quality, process and experience standards.
- Conduct onboarding sessions for recent hires and refresher training for existing staff across Customer Support, Inside Sales, Logistics and Fulfillment Operations.
- Build easy-to-understand training materials, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), call and chat scripts, process guides and evaluation tests.
- Work closely with Operations and Quality teams to spot performance gaps and deliver targeted coaching sessions.
- Teach both hard skills and soft skills to enable employees to realise their full potential.




- Monitor trainee progress through practice calls, mock scenarios and live observation to ensure new joiners ramp up quickly.
- Track and report on key training outcomes, including but not limited to test scores, batch pass rates and trainee feedback.
- Ensure all operational teams follow company policies, regulatory rules and best practices.
What We Are Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience conducting training in a contact centre or BPO environment.
- Familiarity with inside sales, customer support and basic supply chain workflows.
- Experience with CRM tools, dialers and ticketing applications.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex processes in a simple manner.
- Fluency in English and Hindi. Additional languages are a bonus.
- Any graduate degree.
