Inbound Sales Executive (Telecaller)

Job Role:
Handle incoming customer calls and help customers place orders.

Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls.
- Understand customer needs.
- Suggest the right products and offers.
- Help customers place orders.
- Upsell and cross-sell products when possible.
- Solve basic customer queries.
- Meet daily sales targets.
- Update call details in the system.

Requirements:
- Positive communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
