Job Summary

We are on the hunt for a seasoned and inventive Full Stack MERN Engineer to lead our technical team in our brand new office in Bangalore. This role is at the heart of our burgeoning Indian operations, contributing significantly to Blue Mandarins growth. As a part of the team, youll be involved in numerous Middle Eastern and European projects, using your technical prowess to develop innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage software development projects, ensuring high-quality execution of software concepts and technologies.
- Develop, prototype, test, and maintain full-stack applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
- Lead and mentor a team of talented software developers, facilitating their professional growth and maintaining a collaborative and innovative culture.
- Serve as a client-facing representative of our technical team, providing strategic guidance and building strong client relationships.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers to drive the creation and implementation of project plans.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and advancements in software development and technology, integrating them into your team s work when appropriate.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of software development experience, with a portfolio demonstrating your skills across various projects involving MERN stack.
- Experience in leading and managing technical teams.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
- Solid client-facing experience, with the ability to understand and interpret client needs.
- Strong knowledge of industry-standard development tools, software, and coding principles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Bachelor s or master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
