- Floating enquiry and Collecting Quotations
- Preparation of Comparative Statement
- Preliminary Negotiation with Vendors and Contractors
- Release of PO to finalized Vendor / Contractor
- Follow-up with Vendor for GTP and Drawings
- Follow-up with Vendor for material status and Inspection call
- Giving Dispatch Clearance and Follow-up for materials dispatch
- Preparation of Procurement status report project wise
- Follow-up for statutory forms (Way bill/C-form/E-forms)
Experience
- Preferable experience: From Wind power project / Solar project / Substations
Education
- UG: Any Graduate Any Specialization
- PG: Any Postgraduate Any Specialization
- Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
