Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle tendering, estimation, costing, BOQ, quantity take-off, and rate analysis for foundation and underground construction projects.
- Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and contract conditions.
- Prepare technical & commercial bids, tender summaries, and project cost estimates.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Vendors, Subcontractors, Engineering, Planning, and Execution teams for quotations and cost inputs.
- Identify risks, cost optimization opportunities, and value engineering solutions.
- Prepare management reports and support bid strategy, negotiations, and client clarifications.
- Maintain estimation databases, rate libraries, productivity norms, and cost benchmarks.
- Handle/understand specialist works such as Piling, Diaphragm Walls, Jet Grouting, TAM Grouting, Curtain Grouting, Stone Columns, and Vibro Compaction.

Preferred Candidate




- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 10+ years of relevant experience in Tendering & Estimation.
- Robust experience in Foundation Engineering / Underground Construction projects.
- Hands-on expertise in Costing, BOQ, Rate Analysis, Quantity Take-off, and Commercial Bidding.
- Experience in Piling, Diaphragm Wall, Jet Grouting, TAM/Curtain Grouting, Stone Columns, and Vibro Compaction.
- Proficiency in CANDY CSS, MS Excel/MS Office; AutoCAD and MS Project will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, commercial, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Candidates with experience in specialist foundation / infrastructure projects will be preferred.
- Location: Kurla, Mumbai; candidates who can work from Mumbai are preferred.
