Roles & responsibilities

Having knowledge of IT skills and executing full life-cycle recruiting processes, including the paperwork involved in the delivery and onboarding of new joiners.
- Extensive hands-on experience in US staffing in sourcing, screening, shortlisting candidates for key jobs, and building a candidate pipeline.
- Extensive hands-on W2 and Corp-to-Corp experience.
- Ability to negotiate pay rates by assessing relevant experience, education, skills, and personal qualifications with candidates and third-party vendors.
- Create and maintain a resume database for repetitive job requirements.
- Partner with business partners, line managers, US IT recruitment teams, and other key stakeholders to execute hiring based on business goals.
- Must have exposure to handling direct client and implementation partner client IT positions with a compulsory focus on quality of recruitment.
- Ability to train new recruiters on how to use search engines, social media, mass mailing, job portals, and recruiting tools for sourcing candidates and database management.




- Continuously motivate the recruitment team to achieve their goals.
- Exposure in managing a high volume of IT requirements.
- Meet all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines. Maintain proper follow-ups and updates with the clients and internal stakeholders.
- Adhere to all internal policies and legal standards of US Staffing.
- Take ownership and work on achieving targets.
- Should be able to operate independently without much supervision

- 2-4 years of experience in US Staffing.
- Need to be aggressive enough to get the work done.
- Team player : Has willingness to be flexible
- Good time-management skills.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
