Job DescriptionWe are looking for a smart, confident, and enthusiastic Female Telesales Executive to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling telecalling activities related to government projects, interacting with government-registered vendors, maintaining follow-ups, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the sales process.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound calls related to government projects.
- Coordinate with government-registered vendors and clients.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the sales and project teams for timely updates.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales calling and follow-up targets.
- EligibilityFemale candidates only.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, telecalling, customer support, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Knowledge of odiya and tamil language will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, CRM) preferred.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and customer handling skills.
