Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to interact with prospective and existing customers over the phone. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining products/services, understanding customer requirements, generating leads, following up with prospects, and maintaining accurate call records.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain company products, services, offers, and other relevant information clearly.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
- Follow up with interested customers and prospects.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.
- Update customer information in CRM/software or other company databases.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling or sales targets.




- Coordinate with the sales/customer support team when required.
- Collect customer feedback and communicate important information to the concerned team.
- Maintain professional and polite telephone etiquette at all times.

- Good communication in English and Hindi (Optional).

Salary: 15k - 18k (+ incentive)
