Job Title: Medical Representative (Pharma Sales & Lead Generation)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and highly communicative Medical Representative to act as the key link between our pharmaceutical company and healthcare professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with doctors, clinics, and hospitals, driving brand awareness, and generating high-quality sales leads to expand our market reach.

- Key Responsibilities
- 1. Doctor Engagement & Relationship Management Regularly visit doctors, specialists, and hospital procurement teams to promote our product portfolio.
- Conduct effective detailing sessions to educate medical professionals on product efficacy, safety profiles, dosages, and clinical benefits.
- Maintain a robust database and CRM of healthcare providers, tracking interaction history, preferences, and prescribing habits.

Organize and manage Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, doctor meet-ups, and promotional events.

- 2. Lead Generation & Business Development Identify, research, and target new accounts (clinics, nursing homes, hospitals, and pharmacies) within the assigned territory to expand market penetration.
- Generate qualified leads for new product launches and follow up on prospect inquiries promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to convert leads into regular prescribing accounts.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends,



and pricing strategies to identify recent business opportunities.

- 3. Sales & Target Achievemen Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and prescription generation targets set by the company.
- Ensure smooth product availability by coordinating closely with local stockists, distributors, and pharmacies to prevent stock-outs.
- Manage samples and promotional inventory efficiently and ethically in compliance with industry regulations.

- 4. Reporting & Compliance Submit daily call reports, territory feedback, and lead generation updates through the company CRM system.
- Adhere strictly to all local pharmaceutical compliance guidelines, company policies, and ethical marketing standards.

- Key Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm),D,pharm,Bsc, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 0 to 3 years of proven experience as a Medical Representative or in pharma sales (freshers with exceptional communication skills and a science background may also apply).
